Delivery Information
Products ordered on working days before 5:00 PM are handed over to the carrier within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, delivery will in all cases take place within a maximum of thirty (30) working days after receipt of the order confirmation email, subject to the availability of products, as indicated to the customer at the time of ordering.
However, this delivery time may vary depending on the payment method, the carrier, public holidays, or weather conditions.
Carrier
All orders are shipped free of charge by us using the reliable PostNL service. Not at home? Your package will be delivered to your neighbours, unless you indicate when placing your order that the package may only be delivered to the delivery address. If something unexpectedly goes wrong, please contact our customer service and we will resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
Delivery Terms
www.manceraparfums.com/nld/ can only ship orders within the Netherlands. For shipping to other European countries, please switch to the storefront of that country; it is possible to order in English from all countries where delivery is available. Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends).
